Disabled warning from RMI

Dealers that do not alter their services and employment practices to take into account disabled customers and staff risk prosecution, warns the Retail Motor Industry Federation.

With changes to the Disability Discrimination Act coming in to force in 2004, the RMI says businesses will have to adjust their premises for disabled customers.
