Michelin targets accessories

Michelin is set to target the UK's motor accessories market in partnership with Halfords.

The first Michelin-branded items available to the UK market will include footpumps, air compressors, car mats, wheel trims, a digital pressure gauge, warning triangle and first aid kit.

Halfords has been appointed lead retail partner from April 2003. Further additions expected, include tyre related products, high specification sports and leisure items as well as personal accessories for the home and travel and cycle related products.
