Unipart makes a calculated move on service prices

Independent garages are being offered a new weapon to help win extra business. It's a calculator – but no ordinary one: it comes as part of the Unipart Automotive 'express job price' initiative designed to combat the general decline in general vehicle servicing.

Garages taking part in the promotion through Partco Autoparts, Brown Brothers, Plunketts and Express Factors will be issued with an easy reference grid to calculate job prices according to the recommended labour charge. They will also receive a parts application guide and promotional material such as posters with service prices.
