Vauxhall's Network Q approved used car scheme has for the second year running come out top in the What Car? magazine Approved Used Buyers survey.

What Car?'s annual report investigates the claims of the manufacturers' approved used car offers, the user-friendliness of their websites, the performance of sales staff at retailers, and whether cars offered on the programme offer value for money. Network Q, it concluded, "offers a top-notch all-round package of benefits" adding that "remaining at the top of the tree is an achievement in itself. Excellent peace of mind, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices earn five-star ratings."

Network Q's performance in 2003 follows the same top position in 2002 and the runner-up spot in 2001. Network Q operates from 440 Vauxhall dealer sites and offers vans as well as passenger cars. All makes of car are sold, up to five years of age, after undergoing a 114 point check.
