Are you one of the UK's top dealers, repairers or bodyshops? Have you launched a training or marketing campaign that deserves recognition? The AM Awards 2004 offer the chance to achieve that recognition.

We are now accepting entries for next year's event, which will take place at the International Conv-ention Centre, Birmingham on February 26, 2004. Winners in each of the categories listed below will be the companies that display innovation, quality and high standards, resulting in strong profits performance and outstanding levels of customer service.

Official auditor for the 2004 Awards is Carter & Carter, the Peter-borough-based management and business consultancy. It will carry out independent auditing and additional data through a combination of face-to-face interviews and mystery shopping exercises.

AM editor Stephen Briers says: “Last year we had a phenomenal response and we expect the 2004 awards to be even better.

“We are looking for businesses that are driving the market forward, whether through customer initiatives, internal efficiencies or staff incentives – they are the ones with the magic winning formulae.”

Judges for AM Awards 2004 are Stephen Briers, Piers Trenear-Thomas, client service director at Grant Thornton Motor Retail, John Kiff of the ICDP, and Chris Oakham, an analyst for Sewells Information & Research.

Deadline for entries is November 30. For a form or details, call Helen Bateman on 01733 468259 or email helen.bateman@emap.com
