Alec Pillmoor and Robert Barker, partners in Baker Tilly’s business recovery team, were appointed joint administrators September 24 by Great Grimsby County Court. Based off Freeman Street, B.C.S. CAR-MEN Ltd is a motor factors business, selling spares and related goods to the motor trade across Lincolnshire.
Pillmoor says: "We are very keen to secure a sale of the stocks, racking and warehouse premises of the business, and would ask any interested parties to contact us as soon as possible."
"Very regrettably, nine employees at the business had to be made redundant as the business no longer had sufficient funds to pay them. However we are working with them to ensure that they will receive the money they are entitled to."
