This approval follows a training period for all staff in the 38-outlet group who are involved in selling or advising on insurance, culminating in a series of exams.
The FSA has introduced the regulations to help improve consumer protection and the training programme covers matters such as guaranteed asset protection, payment protection, data protection and customer complaints.

Desira Group has also recently been granted ‘approved status’ by the FSA. Desira are one of the first motor groups in East Anglia to have received accreditation by the FSA.
