Steve Jelliss is to be Mazda UK's Customer Relationship Marketing Manager on 1 March, replacing Australian Michael Davey who is returning down under to become Loyalty Manager for the Ford Trustmark group.

Steve Jelliss started his career with Ford. His previous role was with marketing services company iSKY. He will take responsibility for Mazda's CRM strategy, the Mazda website and overall integration of all personalised customer communications by email, direct mail and call centre operations.
