MMUK finance arm launches web-based customer retention system

Finance Mitsubishi has launched a “unique industry-leading customer retention and lead management system” to the Mitsubishi's UK dealer network.

It describes the "Sales Alert System" developed by Spitalgate Dealer Services at a cost in 'six figures' as the first web-based finance customer retention and lead management system designed specifically to return customers back to the supplying dealer when customers are most likely to want to change their car. Finance Mitsubishi claims to be able to predict with 76% accuracy, on all products and agreement terms, when a customer is most likely to settle a finance agreement and buy a new car.

Finance Mitsubishi believes that the Sales Alert System is unique in that it handles all finance products and incorporates a lead management system which caters for all interested parties i.e. dealer, manufacturer and finance company.
