The product, CA: Automotive, supports staff through the sales process, and enables their performance to be monitored. A configurator means staff can produce quotations for the customer, which can be saved for future reference.
Contact Advantage expects to sign up 100 dealerships by the end of the year (currently 40 sites).
It is in talks with a number of groups, and recently completed a deal to install it at 21 of Listers’ 30 sites.
Derek McGowan, Contact Advantage managing director, is pleased with the rapid uptake of the system. “It still takes good sales staff to sell cars, but our system ensures that they make the most of every opportunity,” he says.
“The system fully integrates with dealer telephone and IT systems ensuring that every enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently.”
Lomond Audi in Glasgow has seen a 17% growth in sales this year, thanks largely to the programme, says managing director Hugh McMahon. “We have seen a 200% uplift in lead capture since it was introduced. All of our customers are enjoying a higher standard of service and attention,” he says.
