The theme of this year’s Sewells’ dealer conference is ‘knowing the customer’.

It will showcase the results of the latest Sewells consumer research in the areas of sales, aftersales and motor finance, and it will provide some fresh thinking and best practice guidelines for dealerships – based on what the research shows that customers want.

Speakers include Roger Trembath of Quay Auto Centre, Tim Milsom of Exminster Garage, Adam Pumfrey of Mazda Motors, Peter Turner of Automotive Advantage, Richard Gaskin of GE Capital Woodchester, Mark Hankey of BCA, Ashley Holmes of the Finance & Leasing Association, Brian Taylor, author of the Castrol Trend Tracker and industry consultant Paul Leo. John Kiff of the International Car Distribution Programme is the conference chairman.

The conference takes place on September 30, at the Kassam Stadium in Oxford. Contact Luke Clements on 01733 468325 or luke.clements@emap.com for more information
