Four staff at Benfield Renault in Carlisle have been granted senior sales status by Renault UK.

Only 32 people in the manufacturer’s UK network have achieved this accolade. John Buxton, Mike Shephard, George Hunt and Neil Adamson spent 18 months preparing for the intensive one day assessment course that led to their certification.

They were tested on all elements of motor vehicle sales from product knowledge to law and finance. They also had to take part in practical assessments within a mock showroom environment.
