Named ‘The Academy’, the new programme has been established to set individuals with a clear and structured path to achieve their personal development goals.
The Academy’s training programmes cover areas such as sales, service, parts, aftersales, finance and fleet, and there are some degree courses for dealer principals.
Individuals enrolling will be assessed to evaluate training and development needs. On reviewing the assessment, a training path and timings are individually agreed.
The Academy has IMI Approved Training centre status and all training is aligned to Sales Certificate IMI Approved.
In addition, Automotive Skills Limited, a recently established governing body for training with the automotive industry, has joined forces with The Academy to help individuals attain qualifications at the highest level.
