Although face-lifted versions have been unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, the company said it would not be bringing them to this country.
It said it could not justify the cost of converting the new interior of the Vel Satis to right-hand drive. Sales only just managed to break the 100 barrier last year.
The manufacturer will continue to support Vel Satis owners in the UK with servicing and repair of their cars.
It said around 30 pre-facelifted Vel Satis models remain unsold at dealerships.
