Management Matters comprises 12 modules available on the Bodyshop Fellowship website – www.bodyshopfellowship.co.uk – covering topics like managing estimates, cash flow controland cycle time management.
“I want to be recognised as someone who is helping the industry to improve,” says Peter Warrilow, of the Bodyshop Fellowship. “I have condensed my knowledge into these 12 modules which can be downloaded free of charge. They go live in fortnightly intervals and will be on the Fellowship website for the next year or so.”
He says the training will benefit everyone from bodyshop managers to trainees, plus factors, insurers and distributors.
“The route to profitability must lie in the management of the business internally and the business’s position in the supply chain,” Warrilow adds.
