BCA has launched a new loyalty programme, MyBCA, for trade customers, the first such scheme for car auctions in the UK.

There are four cards available, black, gold, silver and blue with each offering different levels of benefits including business buyer fees, reduced rate magazine subscriptions and the opportunity to buy online.

The different cards are linked to the volume of vehicles purchased.

MyBCA can search for customers by matching their purchasing history with the forthcoming sales programme and send details directly to their PC or mobile.

The company is also investing in new payment methods to allow cardholders to compete their transactions faster.

“MyBCA delivers up-to-the-minute information on the biggest used vehicle sales programme anywhere in the UK, giving our customers the competitive edge in sourcing the best quality, ready-to-retail vehicles,” says Rob Queen, BCA’s product development manager.

“With over 18,000 vehicles going through BCA’s sales programme every week, buyers are not only spoilt for choice, but can accurately pinpoint the vehicles they need. This initial benefits package will be enhanced over the coming months.”

The scheme has been launched in the UK and is likely to be rolled out to BCA sites in other countries if it proves successful.
