Three sales executives have become the first dealership staff to achieve the highest level in the Ford Masters Employee Development Programme.

Steve Jakeman, senior sales executive of Sky Ford in Hemel Hempstead, Guy Hollier, sales executive at Chambers of Sutton, and Oskar Baines, business manager at Gates of Stortford, have each achieved Ford ‘Master Masters’ status after completing the six modules which focus on developing sales leaders of the future.

“Although I already have 15 years’ of experience, it has opened my eyes to many different areas and introduced me to the sales management side. It has resulted in my promotion to business manager and I am selling more cars,” says Baines.

Every Ford dealer puts a certain number of staff on the Masters course. More than 2,300 staff are enrolled on the programme, which was established in 2001.
