Audi has announced that it will be appointing a new managing director.

Jeremy Hicks, head of group services at Volkswagen UK, will take over from Kevin Rose, the current managing director, who will lead Audi UK until August 1.

Rose will be appointed to a new senior role with Volkswagen at VAG’s headquarters in Wolfsburg.

Hicks has been with the Volkswagen Group UK for almost six years.

Allan Rushforth will succeed Hicks as head of group services within the Volkswagen Group UK, and will join the board of management.

Rushforth will start in his new role on October 1.
