The agreement means a bespoke accident aftercare product for Lookers car parc of more than 300,000 customers. Support services will include corporate branded marketing material for the showroom and car, plus staff training.
Lookers chief executive Ken Surgenor says the partnership will develop new revenue streams and retain focus on high levels of customer service.
Accident Exchange has also won a contract with an un-named retail group with more than 40 sites. It already provides services to Inchcape, HR Owen, EMH and Rybrook.
