Experian, the global information solutions company, has appointed Jonathan Blackmore as consumer marketing manager for its automotive division.

Blackmore will be responsible for raising consumer awareness about the benefits of using the AA Car Data Check, powered by Experian, to reduce the risks associated with buying a used car.

Prior to his appointment as consumer marketing manager, Blackmore was a marketing consultant working with Provident Insurance and has also held in-house marketing positions with Thomas Cook, People’s Choice, Nationwide Building Society and Alliance & Leicester.
