Commercial property and planning consultant Rapleys has expanded its team in the north by appointing Peter Nicholas to the post of surveyor at its office in St Anne’s Square, central Manchester.

He will work with partner Tony Hindley, senior planner Jonathan Vose and associate Justin Tuckwell.
