The strengths and weaknesses in the relationship between dealers and manufacturers will be analysed in the latest survey from AM sister title Sewells.

The Dealer Attitude Survey is firmly established as a powerful tool to help franchised dealers and manufacturers improve the quality of their relationship.

By far the most comprehensive of its kind, this study puts every key area of manufacturer/dealer interface under scrutiny.

The Dealer Attitude Survey is completely confidential, and gives an opportunity to put forward ideas for improving the relationship between dealers and their franchise.

  • We are pleased that so many dealers have responded over the years, and sincerely hope you will spare a few minutes to complete and return our questionnaire.

    It can be completed very easily by ticking the appropriate box for each question and adding any general comments, at the end, that you feel are appropriate. Please insert your company’s details in the box on the front page - this is purely to help us clarify queries and check response levels. We regret that without the franchise we are unable to include your views in our analysis. The final report will be based on the aggregate views of all those who reply and the completed questionnaires will then be destroyed.
