He takes responsibility for all marketing and sales activities for Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge.
“I can’t wait to get to know the Chrysler Group products and team, our retail partners, and to play my part in helping to develop these three great brands in the future,” he says.
For the last three years, Lambert was employed as the director of van sales and marketing at Mercedes-Benz.
He replaces Simon Elliott, who transferred to China at the end of March. Elliott is expected to return to DaimlerChrysler UK in 2008.
Next month will see the official launch of the Dodge brand in the UK.
