Apec Braking has become an approved supplier to the group on brake pads and discs, while NGK has become approved on spark plugs.
Quinton Hazell has been approved on Clutch, while Ultraparts and Tool Connection have also joined UAN as approved suppliers.
Meanwhile, coil springs, which is arguably the aftermarket’s fastest growing product group, has been added to UAN with Lesjofors (ROC & Kilen), GP Automotive (Suplex) and ZF (Sachs) all approved.
Managing director Andrew Dickinson said: “UAN is more than two years old and now a firmly established player in the UK automotive aftermarket. This is underlined with the appointment of such high profile and well-recognised brands such as Apec, NGK and Quinton Hazell.
“With our added value services such as UAN Automotive Technician Training, we are a group that puts resources back into the industry in order to progress its development and this is now being recognised by the entire aftermarket supply chain.”
