The company's Newport Pagnell factory in Buckinghamshire will stop manufacturing when production of its current sole model, the ageing Vanquish runs down early next year.
The move will see Gaydon producing the DB9, the Vantage and the limited edition DBS, which features in the new James Bond film. The line-up could be joined by the four-door Rapide, an attempt to revive the Lagonda marque, in 2008/9.
Aston Martin said it would retain some non-manufacturing operations at Newport Pagnell when production stops next year.
About 100 jobs will go as a result, but employees will be given the opportunity to relocate to Gaydon, a spokeswoman said.
Aston Martin, which does not publish separate accounts, also confirmed yesterday that it had moved back into the black in the fourth quarter of 2005 - the first time it has made a profit since the 1960s.
