An independent third party analyses and evaluates a series of questionnaires about the individual receiving the appraisal.
A comprehensive report is then sent out, summarizing all the data. The individual’s performance will be based on views from their boss, their colleagues at the same level and direct reports. “It is a true reflection of performance, especially in the area of managing people, as seen by the key people they work with,” says Nicola Stickland, director of Contact Consulting.
Contact Consulting has been working with manufacturers, dealer groups and independent dealers over the last decade, but formed a separate automotive section a year ago in order to concentrate on the industry.
