This year’s Autoretailing Convention staged by AM Magazine and the National Franchised Dealers Association will be held on June 12-13 in Birmingham.

We are conducting research into two areas: consumer trends and dealer profitability. We would be grateful if you could respond to the following two questions:

1. Given free reign, what questions would you ask your customer on their buying habits? (e.g. purchasing decision, buying from a franchised dealer, location, price etc). Your questions will form the basis for some exclusive consumer research with the results revealed at Autoretailing.

2. What five elements affect your profitability?
