Mercedes-Benz North Yorkshire has appointed Keith Hartrick as its market area director to oversee operations at its three retail outlets in York, Harrogate and Scarborough.

"While selling cars is our raison d'être, it is our people who are the heart of our business and one of my objectives will be to develop and encourage staff in each of our location to maximise their abilities, which will in turn, benefit customers," said Hartrick.

Kartrick has held senior posts with some of the biggest dealer groups in the country including Reg Vardy, McLean & Appleton and CD Bramall, where he spent 11 years as managing director in charge of 120 sites.
