Westover Toyota in Salisbury has relocated its service department, previously based on Castle Street, into its Nissan workshop in Brunel Road.

Kevin Bartlett, aftersales manager, heads up the combined team, with senior service advisers, Martin Higgins (Nissan) and Roger Alborough (Toyota) and seven technicians. Jessica North and Steve Legg, service support and workshop controller, respectively, will work across both brands.

The company said customers will notice a three-fold service improvement –shorter appointment lead times; faster turn-arounds thanks to a larger workshop, new equipment and a larger parts department); and easier access. Bodyshop facilities are now on site.

“Westover Toyota has had a cracking first two years in Salisbury, despite the constraints of operating on a restricted site,” says Mike Boyd, Westover director.

A new Toyota showroom is under development on the Brunel Road site. Together, the moves make up the second phase of the Westover Group’s £5m investment in its Salisbury sites. The first stage was the relocation of Westover Renault.
