Network Automotive has launched a new training programme to help dealer staff generate more sales by forging closer relationships with local business users.

Colin Bruder, managing director, said: "Local business users are among the most reliable customer groups that a dealership can have. Once a relationship is established, repeat business in sales and aftersales can continue for decades.
