It centres on a simplified set of ten standards, introduced across the entire network. This replaced 20 standards in the previous two-tier system. Vauxhall said each standard was linked to MasterFit’s core values of convenience, value and expertise. Meeting the standards will generate better customer satisfaction, service retention and business growth.
At the first awards ceremony next March, winners will receive a plaque for their premises.
Vauxhall managing director Bill Parfitt said standards in aftersales are possibly even more important than in sales, in gaining trust and delivering a good experience.
