Parkstone Motor Company, the Essex-based Seat dealer, is offering free flying lessons when customers by a new car.

The Leigh-on-Sea dealership teamed up with the Flight Centre at Southend Airport to offer a lesson in a Robinson R44 helicopter.

Customers who don’t feel like taking the controls can opt for an hour long flight over London instead.

The promotion was the brainchild of Parkstone sales manager, Robin Hutchins, who is very pleased with its early success.

He said: “Flying a helicopter is something lots of people dream about doing but, for one reason or another, many of them never get round to it. For that reason, many of our customers have been really excited by this special offer.”
