Nationwide’s accident management arm, Nationwide Network Services, has scored a two contract with Zenith Insurance worth £5 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nationwide Network Services will act as the first point of contact for Zenith's customers following a vehicle accident and will arrange for all necessary engineering or repair services.

Services will be provided from Nationwide's contact centre in Northwich, acquired last year with motor claims management business, Aquilo. Nationwide will control the deployment of all repair work and anticipates undertaking the majority of repair services at its own bodyshops.
