Mitsubishi customer satisfaction at all-time high

The Mitsubishi service plan (MSP), launched in July 2007, has seen customer sales and service satisfaction scores at an all-time high.

New Mitsubishi dealer image analysis shows that customer satisfaction within the dealer network is at an all-time high on both the sales and service side of the business.

The MSP is a service package which covers the first three services, equating to three years or 37,500 miles.

As MSP is associated with the car, rather than the customer, it can be transferred to subsequent owners when the vehicle is sold, thus also improving the resale value of the vehicle.

MSP costs for a Colt is £150, a Lancer, £150 and a new Shogun, £250.
