The company, which over the last year more than doubled its turnover to £350,000, already has franchises in six regions including Essex, Wales and west of England, West Midlands, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and the North East.
Steve Dewison, managing director of Brunswick, says: “The motor trade is a very specialist sector. Key ingredients include a very close relationship with dealerships and candidates at a local level.
“This is why developing regional offices with local intelligence, managed by industry experts, is the only way to expand the business successfully.”
Each office is expected to have up to five members of staff, headed by senior industry experts from both the motor trade and recruitment industry.
Dewison says he will first look to filling open points in England, before expanding to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Brunswick is on the preferred supplier list for a number of dealer groups including Porsche GB, Ford Retail, Hodgson Automotive and Lind.
“We also work with many singly owned dealerships,” says Dewison. “Our regional offices let us give them a better, more local service than those recruitment companies that only have two or three offices.”
