NGK sparks up e-learning programme

NGK Spark Plugs (UK) has launched an e-learning application which provides workshop and motor trade staff with detailed knowledge of spark plugs, glow plugs and lambda sensors.

The business has provided training sessions to the trade for several years. Now, conscious that many customers don’t have time to attend, it has developed e-learning to be on hand whenever customers have time to use it. Topics range from product history to correct fitting.

Brian Childs, deputy managing director, said: “The e-learning module is targeted in particular at workshop technicians and distributor staff, as well as technical colleges. No registration is necessary and anyone interested in spark plugs, glow plugs or lambda sensors can improve their knowledge.”
