His appointment is the latest of several senior management changes at Eurotax-Glass’s since its management buyout last May and is central to the group’s strategy of international growth. Its UK subsidiary generates 40% of its annual turnover.

Thakrar will be based at the firm’s office in Weybridge, Surrey, and report to recently appointed chief operating officer Alastair MacLeod.
