Frontline Solutions, a UK technology provider, has linked up with Experian, the global information solutions company, to offer motor finance brokers a new application processing system.

Experian’s Car Data Check has been integrated into Frontline Solutions’ DealTrak.

Motor finance brokers, when processing an application; have to carry out a status check on the vehicle about to be financed. The new service will allow finance brokers to check the status and valuation details of a car instantly, as well as update any missing vehicle description, while at the same time processing the application for finance, all on one system.

Andy Shuter, director of Frontline Solutions, said: “DealTrak already makes the whole application process more efficient by taking away the requirement to fill out a number of paper applications before sending them off to various finance providers.

“With DealTrak, brokers just have to input customer details once and these details will be electronically transferred to various appropriate loan companies.”

One of the first motor finance brokers to sign up to the new system is Auto Credit Finance.

It deals with a number of different finance companies across the UK, specialising in providing vehicle finance for customers with disadvantaged credit profiles.

Neil Mulhall, director of Auto Credit Finance, said: “Auto Credit Finance used to be a mainly paper based company, but DealTrak has revolutionised the way we work.

“We have been using Experian’s Car Data Check for a number of years now and have been very happy with the level of service, so naturally we wanted the DealTrak system to integrate Experian’s solution. We are very pleased with the more enhanced DealTrak and how quickly Car Data Check was integrated. The full solution has had a positive impact on our business.”
