Inchcape has sold Inchcape Automotive, its vehicle management services division, to Camden Ventures for £18.8 million in cash.

Camden Ventures now owns the entire share capital of Inchcape Automotive as well as certain freehold property.

Inchcape Automotive provides remarketing management and vehicle delivery services to the automotive industry. It redeveloped its Autograph Inspect and Collect service with newly developed web and telephone-based functionality and photography facilities last year.
