Staffordshire-based retail group Knights BMW and Mini has opened its £10m new-build site at Radial Park near Stoke-on-Trent. It will be one of the largest BMW dealerships in the country.

Located off junction 15 of the M6, the site offers a number of facilities aimed at improving the customer experience, including a large car park, car wash, wi-fi lounge and on-site Starbucks coffee franchise.

The dealership will accommodate up to 16 new and 70 used cars, with a separate Mini showroom housing eight vehicles.

Knights expects to boost sales by 350 new and used BMWs and 200 new and used Minis, taking sales to 2,500 vehicles in the first year.

David Vickers, Knights’ operations director, said: “We have invested in areas which we feel will benefit the customer most. It is important to be able to adapt to meet changing needs.” Knights plans to relocate its south Staffordshire dealership to a similar facility within the next 18 months.
