Two London clamping companies, Hexagon Parking Control Ltd and Regional Parking Services Ltd have been fined for misleading price indications to ‘victims’.

Hexagon were fined £1,000, costs of £1,425 and ordered to pay compensation of £200 to a consumer. Various removal fees were demanded from the consumer even though her car had not been towed away. Regional Parking was fined £300 with £947 in costs.
