Stoneacre has acquired Woodkirk Peugeot for an undisclosed sum.

The deal was facilitated by Trevor Jones’ Dealermatch service. Trevor Twaites, owner of Woodkirk Garage Peugeot in Dewsbury, decided to retire from the business to pursue other interests. After 60 years with the franchise, Woodkirk Garage will now become part of the Stoneacre Group, representing its first Peugeot acquisition.

Richard Teatum, chairman of Stoneacre said: "We are excited about working with Peugeot moving forward and will consider further opportunities should they come available. We look forward to working with the team at Woodkirk Garage and welcome them into the Stoneacre Group."
