Camden Corporate Fleet Services (CCFS) has split from Camden Motor Group in a £66 million management buy-out.

Barclays Private Equity has become the majority shareholder following its £27m investment. The remaining £39m investment had been made by the existing management team and shareholders and Ian Wardle, former chief executive of Vanguard, who joins CCFS as its new chief executive.

CCFS provides services to large fleet operators, including vehicle delivery, management, refurbishment and remarketing. In June it bought rival business Inchcape Automotive.
