Author of the best-selling KPI Book, Smith will explain how the three major workshop KPIs work with each other.

The AM Financial Management Conference, sponsored by Grant Thornton Automotive Services, takes place at Reading FC’s Madejski Stadium.

Its programme is tailored to meet the needs of finance directors, dealership accountants and senior managers with an interest in financial management.
