HPI helps dealers with CRM

HPI has launched a CRM service to help dealers.

Its Customer Watch service informs dealers whether customers who have bought a vehicle from them still own it or if the vehicle has been written off or stolen.

HPI said this information can help dealers keep their customer database up to date, to target relevant customers for services or MoTs.
