Bells of Crossgar, near Belfast, has finished a £25,000 service centre refurbishment at its Renault dealership on Downpatrick Road.

The new service centre had been modernised with the addition of a new open- plan customer waiting area, service office desks, drinks facility and two plasma screen televisions. The work started in August and took seven weeks to complete.

All departments at the dealership remained open while the work was carried out.

The refurbishment is part of a wider expansion programme which saw the dealership’s fast-fit centre and van centre on Saintfield Road in Crossgar relocated to its Downpatrick Road site.

As a result, all the dealership’s aftersales facilities – including servicing, parts and car rental – are now under one roof.

Ian Doherty, service manager at Bells of Crossgar, said: “The idea behind the programme has been to provide an all-in-
one centre so customers can come to a centralised location for everything they need.”
