The dealer group’s stock will be advertised on the fish4cars network of 220 local, regional and national newspaper and magazine websites.
The partnership with Vertu, which operates as Bristol Street Motors and Motor Nation Car Supermarkets, will add an extra 5,000 cars to the number of vehicles advertised by fish4cars.
Peter Stewart, Vertu’s group director of internet operations, said: “This partnership will ensure buyers searching locally, regionally or nationally using the fish4cars database will be able to look in detail at our stock before choosing which vehicles to buy.”
Colin Mathieson, sales director at fish4cars, said: “‘It is abundantly clear that more and more car buyers are using a number of websites when searching for their next car.
“Ten years ago local newspapers and magazines were the first place buyers looked – today it’s the websites of those local newspapers and magazines that are experiencing unprecedented growth as yesterdays readers become today’s unique users.”
