Mini has revealed the first official pictures of its new John Cooper Works hatch and Clubman models which will go on sale in the UK in July.

The Oxford factory-built Minis have had their engines modified to produce 211hp and complete a 0-62mph sprint in 6.5 seconds. Brakes, suspension settings and transmission have also been added after being adapted from Mini’s Challenge race car. Dynamic Stability Control will also make its debut in the JCW models.

Both models will be on display at next month’s Geneva Motor Show. Expected prices on-the-road are £20,500 for the Mini John Cooper Works and £21,700 for the MINI John Cooper Works Clubman.
