Law: What levels of compensation arise in Constructive Dismissal cases involving bullying

In a recent case (GAB Robins v Triggs), it was decided that when bullying has led to an employee’s constructive dismissal no compensation could arise from the Employment Tribunal claim for the previous bullying.

It would however be open for an employee in such circumstances to start a separate civil law case for breach of the implied contract term of mutual trust and confidence between employer and employee.
