eZSMS features include specific enquiry response through individualised and tailored texts, tailored bulk texts to specific market groups, automated scheduling for client order status or reminders, data import/ export feature, time expiry limits, and report management for delivery history and status.
Van Der Berg added: "SMS text marketing is not about mass promotional offers but specific customer desired interest. No one wants to receive junk mail by text, but clients will sign up for specific valued offers and reminders such as price points for new cars, financing or service reminders."
